Body Blast - Blast your body into shape in this low-impact, high-energy workout. Body Blast will burn calories, sculpt and tone your entire body all to the sound of the beat, meaning that you'll feel leaner, meaner and stronger fast. You'll use dumbells and a mixture of other fitness equipment to improve your muscular endurance through control-based exercises.

Spin & Burn - Enjoy a fun and challenging cycle workout. This popular high intensity indoor exercise class will strengthen your heart and tone your legs while riding through challenging terrain.

Aerobics - Great physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness, flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness.

BLT - "Bums, Legs & Tums" slims and tones three common trouble zones at once. The class is a full body aerobic workout, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels and raise their stamina. It is a fantastic calorie burning workout.

Stretch & Tone - Stretch & Tone is a great class for anyone wanting to improve their flexibility and strength whilst giving their body a complete tone up. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will work around the different muscle groups to give a complete body conditioning workout.

Circuits - A popular form of workout that targets aerobic fitness and muscular endurance simultaneously. In a circuit training class, participants work through a series of exercises for either a set time or number of repetitions. Some circuits may involve the use of exercise equipment; others may use only body weight exercises. Others may combine both. Circuits can be organized in a number of ways to challenge the participants and keep the workout fresh and interesting.

Aquafit - A multi-level pool workout that offers both cardiovascular and muscle conditioning using the water's resistance to tone the entire body.

Swim lessons - We have a well established swimming school teaching kids from level 1 to level 7. Children as young as 4yrs. can join our swim lessons, they run for 7 weeks in line with the school terms, early booking is advised as places fill quickly. ​Adult lessons and Private one to one swim lessons are also available.
