Box Step - High energy step aerobics class combining the cardio of step with the toning effects of kick boxing. A fantastic full body workout.

Bell Core - This kettlebell class will provide a total body workout while also focusing on the core. Kettlebell training offers the ability to burn fat with high intensity workouts.

Pilates - A complete body workout that promotes strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints.

Cardio Blast - This class combines a variety of cardio exercises with strength & conditioning. It is perfect if you want to test your fitness and push yourself to your limits.

Junior Gym - Exercise programme specifically designed to get young teens active. It is filled with activities raging from exercise classes to gym based workouts. This programme is a great for active and non actives teens.
