Ab Blast - Ab Blast classes are an intense conditioning workout focused on developing your core muscles. Designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles, Abs Blast uses various skills and techniques to target the core muscles; including floor routines, full body stretches and fast-paced exercises.

Cardio Box - Cardio box classes provide a fun, calorie-burning alternative to monotonous activities like running. Cardio boxing uses boxing moves to provide an aerobic workout.

Total Body Workout - This class incorporates strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, and bands, for a total body workout.

Morning Circuits - A form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Kettlebells PlusM - Kettlebells look like shot puts with handles. They offer unparalleled levels of physical conditioning and are becoming the choice for many celebrities due to their fast results. Your body moves in 3 dimensions like nature intended. This class tones every muscle getting RESISTANCE plus CORE plus CARDIO and you’ll burn just as many calories as going for a run.

Low Impact Aerobics - Low-impact aerobic exercise minimizes the force on your bones and joints. This reduces your risk of injuries and makes this type of exercise ideal for beginners, senior, pregnant women, and obese or overweight individuals.

Body Conditioning - This class is suitable for people of all levels and abilities. It is a challenging workout designed to improve your CV fitness and body shape by using a variety of equipment and circuit training followed by an intense abs session.

Bootcamp Blast - Bootcamp is a challenging free-weight workout for your entire body, increasing strength and improving your definition. The class is a mix of cardio and resistance exercise which combine bodyweight and free-weight exercises.

Stretch & Go Class - This stretching class not only helps to heal troubled muscle areas, it can provide numerous other health benefits as well. When stretching actively (as opposed to a standard static stretch), the entire body as well as the brain becomes involved.

Adult Swimming Lessons - Whether you are an outright beginner or just want to improve your strokes, we have a swimming lesson to suit you. There are classes for Absolute beginners, Beginners, Improvers and Advanced.

Children's Swimming Lessons - Children will be taught to swim in a fun, relaxed environment, giving them a love of water, while teaching essential water skills.

1 to 1 Swimming Lessons - Leisureland offer 1 to 1 Swimming Lessons for both children and adults.

Aquafit - Aquafit is an high energy aerobics class to music which takes place in the water. Classes are given by our energetic instructors from the pool deck and are suitable for all ages, fitness levels and for swimmers or non-swimmers. Good fun but also great for toning and shaping up.
