Boxercise - This is a low impact high intensity class where fun is guaranteed! If you want to smash stress and burn calories then sign up for this class. It is a fun, addictive, safe stress busting workout suitable for all ages and levels of ability.

Killer Abs - This KillerAbs class integrates whole body exercise for the ultimate fat burner is also designed to strength and condition abs and back muscles. This workout is designed to maximize calorie burn and increase your resting metabolism. There is no better way to burn fat.

Bootcamp - In our Bootcamp classes we focus on strength, speed, agility and power. This circuits-based, bootcamp incorporates a full body workout. The mix of intensity, and the different exercises all make our circuits programme a lot more fun than typical programmes.

Plyopump - This class consists of a series of body weight exercises repeated several times with no rest in between. It is the ideal workout if you want to get in shape for really fast. The Pump part of the class is a resistance training workout with high numbers of repetitions of low weight. Resistance training induces muscular contraction to build the strength, anerobic endurance and the size of skeletal muscle.

B.L.T. - This Bums-Legs-Tums (BLT) workout is designed to maximize fat loss by targeting the biggest muscles in the body. A circuit style class combining resistance training and body weight exercises designed to get your heart pumping while at the same time toning and tightening those legs, bums and tums.

Kettle circuits - Combining all the elements of kettlebells within a circuit based session to target the whole body for the ultimate fat burner. This class will help sculpt, tone & define your whole body.

Pump circuits - A full body circuit training class that uses weights as well as body weight exercises to strengthen the entire body. This class is aimed at people who want to tone up, lose weight and get fit and it caters for all fitness levels.

Spin Abs - A beginners spinning class coupled with an abdominal workout that has no complicated moves to learn. A safe, enjoyable ride at your level with great music helping you get into the best shape of your life.

Spin - This class is designed to burn serious calories. In this high intensity zone you will burn the most calories (and fat) during and after exercise. High-intensity aerobic and anaerobic training is the king of calorie burning.

Spin Core - This is a new class mixing a Core workout with Spinning. SpinCore works your abdominals and lower back as well as the large leg muscles groups such as the quads, glutes and hamstrings.

Yogalates - A fusion of Pilates and Yoga, incorporating gentle floor and mat based exercises for strength and flexibility. In a Yogilates programme, you will be warming up with a series of movements designed to prepare the body and mind for more challenging work later in the class. The class ends with a series of deep relaxing poses and short meditation.

H.I.I.T. - Full body high-intensity interval training session that uses weights as well as body weight exercises to strengthen the entire body. H.I.I.T. is an enhanced form of interval training alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods, focussed largely on cardiovascular exercises.
